We haven't been to a good tea or coffee house in quite awhile. So I thought I'd tell you about my new Espresso Machine which I love! After lots of complaining (from me) about my Faema machine, I did my homework and researched which espresso machines were the best - the ultimate (Okay I asked a guy making my cappucino in a restaurant)
Gaggia. That's what I was told. Off I went to Gaggia House in Toronto where the owner and his pal took oodles of time to explain the art of making cappucino - and to demonstrate the machines. I had so much cappucino by the time I left I was buzzed.
But I came away with the Gaggia Classic plus a Gaggia Bean Grinder, and I love 'em.
Now I make my own cappucino every morning - and the steamed milk is the best!
